Subprocessor List
DeGoyle uses a limited number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data in connection with the operation of the public website and pilot discovery activity. This page lists those subprocessors and will be updated when subprocessors are added, removed or changed. Customers and pilot participants with a Data Processing Agreement in place may be entitled to object to new subprocessors in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
| Subprocessor | Role | Data processed | Location / Region | Trust documentation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Render Services, Inc. | Website hosting, deployment, content delivery | Request data, technical logs, IP-derived data | EU (Frankfurt region); Render Services, Inc. is US-incorporated | render.com/privacy |
| Neon Inc. | PostgreSQL database for storing pilot discovery enquiries | Form submission data (name, organisation, work email, enquiry details) | AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, EU/EEA) | neon.tech/docs/security/security-overview |
| Make (Celonis SE / Make.com) | Workflow automation for routing form submission notifications | Form submission data required to route notifications to the DeGoyle team | European Union | make.com/en/privacy |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Cookieless web analytics (aggregate usage) | Aggregate page-view/visit metrics; no information stored on the device | United States / global network | cloudflare.com/web-analytics |
Infrastructure provider certifications and documentation apply to those providers' own environments. They do not independently certify DeGoyle's application layer or internal controls.
