Richard Deegan
Richard Deegan is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of DeGoyle. He leads the company's strategy and product direction, with a focus on helping organisations make clearer decisions around cyber risk.
Richard brings 18 years of experience across defence, IT management, logistics, communications, data analytics, and security leadership. His work has consistently sat at the intersection of operational complexity, technology, and accountable decision-making.
At DeGoyle, Richard is building a cyber governance platform that helps boards, executives, and security teams understand what matters, who owns it, and what action is required. The aim is simple: move cyber risk out of static reporting and into practical leadership oversight.
Stephen Doyle
Stephen leads DeGoyle's financial and commercial operations, bringing more than 35 years of experience across security, safety, training, and operational risk.
His career spans government, corporate, and private-sector environments across Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on risk mitigation, resilience, compliance, and operational preparedness. He brings a practical understanding of how organisations assess risk, allocate resources, and build capability in complex operating environments.
At DeGoyle, Stephen supports the commercial direction of the business, helping translate governance, resilience, and accountability needs into practical outcomes for customers and partners.
Rayan Aliane
Rayan leads the technical direction of DeGoyle, overseeing platform architecture, engineering delivery, and AI-enabled product capability.
He brings an engineering-led approach to building reliable, scalable systems for enterprise environments. His work focuses on turning complex governance inputs, obligations, and evidence into structured workflows that can be trusted, reviewed, and acted on.
At DeGoyle, Rayan is building the platform's technical foundation, including AI-assisted workflows, performance-critical services, optimisation models, and the systems that connect governance data to clear, usable outputs.
